Hey, I made this account just so I can post this.
About 3 weeks ago I changed my password because my password stopped working for some reason even though I didn't change it or did I receive a email that it got changed. Anyways I reset my password then It ask me to verify my account by sending a one time code to a phone number that isn't mine so now I have no way of receiving it. I've had the account for over 5 years and didn't even remember adding that number. No matter how many times I reset my account and verify my email and security questions, in the end it will always ask me for the one time code verification.
I have messaged paypal but have had no response for 2 weeks. There has been no charges on my account but would like control over my account asap because my card is linked to the account. The help center and automated phone service is the absolute worst . I need an actual human being to help me out.
