So I have been using this prepaid gift card that is a visa, now mind you I already have two of the exact same gift cards in my account that I can use and they accepted but for some reason whenever and however many times I tried to link this third one that I have it just says card declined I called the card company and they told me they don't know why I can't link it to my PayPal so I called PayPal they send me to the msg center and the bot told me about a security factor is a reason why I can't link it, I don't know what to do can someone please help me
