Can't link BECU account

Like title says, can't link to my BECU account.  Tried both methods, on multiple devices and networks.  Info is correct.  Always says it can't complete the task at this time, try again later.  Have been trying again later for a month now.  Would like to be able to send funds to friends and family without a fee.

I have tried 3 methods multiple times over the last 3 days and always get denied. It either says invalid telephone number for security code, (number is correct). Or security issue.
