Can't lift sending limit

Hi, after reaching my sending limit and not being able to do any transactions with my account, I successfully linked my bank account to Paypal in order to lift the limit in questions.

Still, 2 days after doing so I still can't use my account for any purchases. This is becoming quite the problem as there is an issue I have to take care of asap. 

 

Hope I can get some help from the community

I am sorry about your issue. Have you confirmed your bank account as well? Is there any unresolved issue in your Resolution Centre?

Hi,

 

Yes, I have confirmed my bank account  and there doesn't seem to be any unresolved issues either. This said, I got a message from PayPal saying I have to confirm my card, too, not only my bank account. I honestly can't understand this as the help center says, and I quote, "You can verify your PayPal account using your card or bank account".
