I would like to add a credit card to my PayPal. But I can't get the screen that would allow me to enter ANY card number. I get to the site where there is the button "Link a debit or credit card", and after I click on that button I get a blank screen. It cannot be a problem with the new card or my back, as I've never been able to enter ANY card number. In messaging, I've been advised to clear cache, cookies, etc. I've tried that. I've been advised to use a different browser. I've tried that. I've been told to wait until the system takes it. Not sure I understood that advice, but I've tried on different days,and still can't get the screen to appear that would allow me to enter ANY new card number. Any ideas out there? Much appreciated.
