Hello, I am having a trouble. Yesterday I received 45$ from my friend in PayPal with the option of Friends and Family. I got the money but it is telling me to accept the funds, and to do that I need to create a PayPal Cash Account, I already tryed creating one, when it asks me for my personal information (SSN, address, full name, etc) I press "I'll do it later" and it shows "An error has occured, please try in a minute or two", I try again in that amount of time and it still doesn't work, I would like some help in this, as I want the money to go in PayPal Balance, thanks
