I haven’t been able to log into my account in months. I no longer have the cell phone attached to the account. And every time I try to log in it wants to send me a text to that number to verify my identity. It gives me no other option. I have tried emailing PayPal and they tell me to contact customer support. Which no one is ever there. For 3 months I have tried calling them. Now a month ago I stayed at the casino hotel. And had a deposit of $100. It was refunded the moment I checked out. But I never received it. Then tonight I went to Lowe’s and got refunded $50 and it didn’t show up even though I have the reciept in my hand. I found out it’s because they can’t verify my identity is why I’m not receiving my refunds. That’s not fair. How do I log into my account. Is there anyway to bypass the sending the non working cell phone a text to log in?? PLEASE HELP
