Im trying to reset my password then i choose text sms then i didnt get any code and it pop-up "Can`t confirm it`s you" How many days should i wait for that? Thankyou

Yes I tried it I put my email then security challenge then it saying "can't confirm it you

It's crazy! I'm getting this message when trying to link my bank acvount. I have money on my paypal but cannot transfer it to my debit. But I've called several times and NOBODY knows how to fix it. Paypal customer service is trash

No. Not yet. It's soo frustrating! I had one rep tell me that she forwarded this issue to an account specialist, however they have yet to contact me.

Thank you for the reply. That's serious. I have been trying to contact a rep but to no avail. Been on it since Friday. I hope both issue gets resolved soon.
