Can't confirm bank account

If I try to log into my bank account through PayPal, it says it can't be processed at this time. My log in info is correct so that's not the problem. I already had the 2 small amounts show up in my bank account but when I click on the option to confirm the 2 small amounts, it doesn't do anything. I really need to confirm my bank account and im not sure what to do.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
