I am Canadian, and I was out of Canada for 4 yrs -returned do to COVID.
Set Up a Bank Account and PP account. May daughter transferred some money from her Business PP, that she giving me.
As well, have another payment from some online services I provided.
However, PP as part of the Identity Confirmation is asking for a Tax Return with my CURRENT address - I dont have it, I just return to Canada in March 2020. For proof of address it wants a utility bill, but I am TEMP renting and Utilities are included.
I tried to do the Auto Associate with my Bank Account and it fails , I am waiting to see if the Deposit works. But their Support by Chat are confusing. One Agent said they would accept my Drivers License as proof of Address -then another Agent sent me a link to start over sending the SAME DOCS (the only ones I have to give) to PP again. If PP will not let me have access to my funds, can the SENDERS have it RETURNED? Please help!
