The account was opened to offer members of our congregation a way to continue to donate. PayPal has useless help, keeps asking for information already given and now refuses to close the account. We are a registered charity not a business. I have inherited this mess from a previous treasurer. I cannot find a real person to talk to. They hang up on me. There are 0 outstanding transactions.
