I've asked almost 2 dozen times in the past month and keep getting the runaround. I know the steps I'm supposed to take but they don't work. I don't need another email telling me to click the bloody settings button next to 'Log Out', I know. It doesn't help. It tells me to contact customer service. I've tried calling and been told it would be taken care of, obviously that hasn't happened. I don't need another stupid email telling me I have unresolved issues in the Resolution Center. I DO NOT.
