Can't change the full name

Hi, I want to change my nickname to my actually full legal name, but, I can't , when I upload both of the pdf's, (my id and my drivers license) it says "

Please try again." , why I can't upload my pdf's?

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to upload documents. A few things to check include:

Is the file size of the document larger than the limit stated on the upload page?

Is the file type one that is not supported in the list of supported file types?

Is there a string of numbers in the file name?

If any of the above are the culprit, adjust as necessary and try again.
