I've been married for over a year and have tried to change my legal name on my account twice by submitting the necessary documents and have had no luck. I've tried to reach out to customer service on the phone and via email and get no response. I have funds sitting in my account that I want to transfer to my bank but am unable to do so since my last name on my bank doesn't match my last name on my Paypal account. Any help would be much appreciated!
