Can't call customer support

Customer support won't answer the phone.  Is this company in business?

I can't access my account because I have a new cell# and it keeps trying to verify my old number.  This is BS.

i tried to go online to get hlep but its sending me here there and everywhere; for somebody who is not computer savvy and dont really know how to navigate the computer; its very frustrating.  I ordered 5-7 things and paid through Paypal but i am not getting any help at all.  i am beyond frustrated.
