Can't add/remove bank account. Can't message them.

I cannot add or remove a bank account(see pic). I also cannot message anyone on the website itself(see pic).
Do they have specific hours or something?

I would recommend clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!
