eBay buyer requested a refund which I approved. PayPal account is now negative. I click on “add funds”, get to my bank account info screen, and there is no option to “continue” or transfer an amount. On the PayPal site, transactions says “Hold”. How do I resolve negative balance? Buyer is being pushy.
