I had my card attached to a friends account to help her draw money off because she doesn't have a credit card or bank account. I tried adding my card to my account and was given an error message 'This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method.' So I went back into her account this morning and removed my card from her account, logged back into my account 30 min ago and tried to add my card and was given the same error message. How do I fix this? Is there a waiting period for something like this?
