Can't add bank account

I want to add a bank account, but everytime I try to add it, it just says "Please check your information and try again." Currently, there is only one bank account, and adding this means 2, so there shouldn't be any problem. I already check Routing Number and Account Number which are all correct, but still got the "Please check your information and try again." I also can't even remove my bank account. It says "We can't remove this bank yet. We need your attention on an issue. Once it's resolved, you can remove this bank. Check the notifications on your Summary to get the latest info." But I've already checked and there is no info on anything.
