Can't add bank account

I added my bank account to paypal an hour ago, but i changed my mind and removed it after a few minutes. Now, because i know will need it in a few days, i can't add it back because it says: 'Cannot add bank account at this time!'

I have already contacted the support service.

What sould i do? Should i wait?
