I can't add any type of banking to my PayPal account. Every time I try to link my bank account I get this error message: "We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date."
I have tried a bunch of things to get this resolved. If you have had the same problem, please let me know what you did to finally get your account in order. Thanks!

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
