Can't access my profile, because I lost my phone number

Hi,

I lost my phone number, and now I can't access my paypal acc. I got into negative balance, idk how, and now I can't restore it.

There is no live chat, tried to call the support, but no answer.

What should I do? Please help??

Try downloading the app and changing the phone number via settings / using the forgotten password option / trying again another day when sometimes you can get in without doing the verification and then you can go and change the number.

If that does not work then you would need to contact customer services so that they can i.d. you another way and then add your new phone number to your account.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.

Nothing works, I still didn't try to call them because of the very high international charges.

Tried on Facebook, a bot is responding me with 'We can't transfer you to an agent at this time.'

Tried on app with changing password, and I doubt that sometimes it won't ask me for a verification code, unless I make a payment and then automatically redirects me to checkout.

I have another question, if my PayPal account is in negative balance, does that mean that my bank account is in negative balance? Because I only pay that way, taking money from a bank account. And If I restore the balance from negative to positive, on my bank account, will that change the balance on my PayPal acc?
