Can't access my account

My phone number is obsolete and can't authenticate through SMS nor authenticator app linked to my paypal. How can I get into my account?

Can’t use my account or get my money out of my account I’d it’s anyway y’all can contact me a[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]so I can speak to some one please and thank you .!
