I can’t access my account! It’s giving me a “secure my account button” every time i hit it. It says they are unable to verify my identity, I’m super frustrated because there’s no reps that i can find that will help me with this issue, my account has and always been in good standing condition, i just want to get my money and close my account at this point! Some one please help me! I’m very upset!
