My nephew is a ebay seller and he lives in Hungary Europe .He has a new telephone number and his old telephone number not exist anymore.
He can't access to his paypal account due to the phone verification process .
He tried to contact paypal customer service via email about 10 day ago but no answer.
Also he tried to use facebook message help to reach them but due to COVID 19 that service also unavailable.
Also calling paypal customer service is unavailable.
What else he can do to finally contact with someone at paypal ??
