My problem is that I registered to PayPal years ago with an older phone number that I had to block off after my phone got stolen, but I forgot to change to my new number. Now PayPal doesn't let me enter without either an SMS, or a phone call - both would be directed to my old number which I can't use anymore. I cannot even reach Settings.
