Can't access my account, don't have phone number or last 4 digits of my card

Hi everyone,

I'm having some trouble accessing my (Italian) PayPal account.

 

I moved country a few times and I've always been able to use it. Today, while login, I've been asked to confirm my phone number, which I don't have anymore.


I got in touch with the online chat (phone assistance closed due Coronavirus), and they asked me for the last 4 digits of my credit card*, which I don't have.

 

Is there any other way to confirm that the account belongs to me?

 

I'm expecting a refund of a few hundreds pounds, so I can't just open e new account.

 

* I have a transaction with a debit card in February that I can see on my bank account, but eventually they don't accept that card as a proof.
