Hi,
I have been sent some money into my account that is registered in Canada (I lived there for a year while I was an exchange student). Whenever I try to login to my account I am told that I need to reset my password for security reasons. So then I get them to send a code to my email, which is fine, I can access that. The problem occurs when they need another way of confirming it is me, and the only option is to send a text to my Canadian mobile no. which I don't have anymore so I cannot enter the verification code from that. So I'm forever locked out of my paypal account and to make things worse, I can't get hold of anyone who works at paypal.
Please help, I need that money to my books for the next academic year. Thank you 🙂
