I am trying to log in to my PayPal account using my email and password, it is then asking me to confirm my identity by texting a code to an old mobile phone number - therefore I can't get access to my account/money. It says 'confirm your identity another way' - but then redirects straight to the same old phone number. I have money in there I need access to - please help! 🙂
