Can‘t access account and withdraw funds

Dear community members, I have business PayPal account, verified and I successfully added yesterday bank account to withdraw funds located on my account. I’m abroad and I’m logging in from 2 IP’s (one is VPN, because I want to feel secure while connecting to public networks and second is my private one UK IP). PayPal doesn’t let me login now and I tried 3 times withdrawing funds and saw only some errors. Please help me how can I access my accounts and withdraw funds. Yours faithfully, Audrey <removed>

Paypal is country specific so if you suddenly start using a paypal account internationally then you may well have issues that you will need to contact customer services to resolve.
