Can't access Paypal over WIFI on new andriod phone

I can access through Wifi on my old phone, on my tablet, but not on my new phone. I can access paypal if I turn off wifi on my new phone and access Paypal on my phone carriers data channel (EE).

The error I get is "We're having difficulty completeing your request at the moment"

Anyone?

To be clear.

I can login on the same home wifi network on my Tablet and my old phone.

But cannot login on the home wifi network on my new phone.

However I can login to paypal on my new phone using the phones data GSM network.

I am sorry about your issue. In this case, the best option would be contacting your Internet provider or checking the Settings of your phone.
