Can't able to add Paypal balance

Paypal Balance is not Showing in my account and I can't able to add money to paypal Balance.

That option is not available in your country BUT you don't need funds in your balance as a buyer.

As long as you have a linked bank account and a back up card OR just use a card paypal will take automatically straight from there.
