I have a payment of $200 that I can't accept because it says I can't verify my identity and to provide documents. I provided documents a year ago, when I was a minor, and those didn't work. But now, when I try to provide documents, it just says they can't verify my info and I have to contact Paypal. I've been trying to contact Paypal, but they hung up, saying I should contact the help center. I tried to contact the help center, but they have no details on this specific issue. Please help.
