I am trying to transfer funds into a newly added bank account. PayPal wants to verify that it's me, but won't let me add a cell phone to text and gives an error when I tell it to call our office phone number. The office number has been used previously for the bank verification, so I am at a loss.
They don't verify by landline anymore it has to be a mobile phone issued in your country and verified and registered in your name.
Thanks! It's a nonprofit business account. It gets to the part of transfer where it wants to verify the account, but won't let me add a cell number to confirm. My cell is verified in the account, and it still won't allow that to receive the text to verify.
