Because Paypal system is pure rotten, the since long change of phone number is not recognized by the 2fa login procedure, still using the old number for verification code. Therefore, today, login failure. (While normally, it comes up with the correct number if do: "Try another way". But today it was a new message stating login failure when that route was attempted)
And since you need to be logged in to report a login failure, you are simply stuck, and cannot access anything.
SO, what is going on in Paypal? Do they get paid to make this crappy solution?
