Can’t Log in

I’ve been unable to log in since Thursday. I’ve been asked to reset my password, and receive codes to my phone. Three times with an advisor over the phone, who seem to be expecting a different result. Last time I had some spiel about using different IPaddresses and had the account reset. Waited 24 hours and still nothing. Cleared cookies, cache and internet files. Used on phone and laptop, app and internet. It says: “we’re unable to confirm it’s you” Each time. Any ideas? Customer service are not helping at all.
