Can't Log In on Desktop/Laptop

Hi! I've been having this problem for a couple of months now, but whenever I've been redirected to the Paypal login page on my laptop, the "Login" button won't respond after I enter my username and password. No matter what I do, the page won't react in any way and I'm left unable to sign in and make payments. Is there something wrong on my end, or is it an issue with the Paypal site?
