Once I click "confirm identity" I am finding this message after the browser has loaded" Confirmation attempt failed, try again if you're having problems with the confirmation process".
I have tried more than 10 times, cleared the browser cookies, and tried changing the device - logged in another laptop but the same problem persists.
Please, help. I am in an urgent situation as my account is limited and I am about to receive my work payout for July.
