I have just opened this account and I cannot connect my bank account to the new account.
When I try I get a notification telling me that the bank account is already connected to the maximum number of Paypal accounts. I closed the only other account I know I have which didn't even have any bank details inputted.
I must have another account with an old email and password- how do I delete this when I don't have any clue how to access the account?
