Here are the details : 1. Opened an account more then 10 years ago. 2. Linked my credit card to that account. 3. Never got to use it. 4. I need to use it now. 5. Tried accessing it but can't get past my own security questions. I know the answers, of course, but PayPal keeps saying my answers are wrong. 6. Tried emailing them. 3x. But the keep sending the same useless answer. 7. I tried calling paypal and someone tried to help me but he said since I'm from the Philippines, I should call this number - [Removed. Phone #s not permitted] But the number is not valid. I spent 30 minutes on that call alone with most of time spent waiting to be answered. 8. I tried opening a new account with my Gmail and that worked however I cannot link my credit card to the new account because it is linked to my old account which I cannot open. 9. Since I can't get any help from PayPal and its been a couple days, I hope the community can help. Thank you all!
