I recently changed the email associated with my PayPal account and now when I try to log in, PayPal does not recognize either the old email or new email when I click on having trouble logging in. There is money in the account! How do I access it? I've gone to both emails and there is no email from PayPal regarding authorizing this change. What do I do?
