Can not verify my address

Hey PP Community

Lately I've been having a lot of trouble verifying my street address.

I have no letters under my name as I don't have any bills under my name. The only letter I've received in the last year was from my country's Doctors Order/Department but PayPal did not accept it. I have my driving license, card id, everything but something with the address.

My account is frozen and I can't do anything with the funds neither receive more.

What can I do to verify my address?..

Before sending us anything, please be sure that your document:

• is legible.
• shows all four corners of the page.
• does not have information blocked or blacked out.
• matches the information on your PayPal account.

Proof of identity
The following is a list of acceptable documents you may provide:

• Government issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport
• Employment authorization card
• Permanent resident card

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill
