All at sudden I can not receive a security code with my registered phone number

this is the conversation between me and all idiot staff of paypal that don't even know about their own product and service, even after i said bad words they 're still stupid and idiot.

how can my wife do your suggestion while she even can not login to do message you?? we already try many times,

and I dont understand your suggestion about linking to the card, this is not the car or linking the card issue. this is about we didn't received sms while we login using security code , do ou understand the situtation or not?

just focus about: when my wife login to her paypal account using her email address then paypal will send sms for securit code to her phone number, but the sms or security never eve come to her mobile. again do you understand this???

if you still dont understand, just give your paypal telephone number or customer service the i can speak directly by phone . unless other customer service don't have or cannot be contat by phone as usual.

JLOur phone services for incoming calls are currently down so I cannot give you any phone number where you can contact us however if you can chat with us without your wife logging in to her PayPal account so we can assist her further.

 

Here's how to send a message in PayPal without logging in to your account:

 

1. Go to our website,  2. Click "CONTACT" at the bottom of page3. Click " Password and account access"4. Click "Message Us" at the bottom of the page5. Click "Chat with us about your password issue"

JNThere is an option for your wife to contact us without logging in and open a chat as a guest user. The steps provided must be done on the website and does not require to login. We are not able to pull up her account from this chat and you need to open a chat as a guest user.

 

I just tried to go to PayPal Indonesia website and have clicked Contact at the bottom of the page and scroll down. I can see Message us as one of the option. Please use a guest chat servicing to help with your wife's account. Thank you.

Try:
1. Downloading the app to see if it will let you in to change / update it in the settings.
2. Log on via developer.paypal.com, go to paypal.com and change it in settings.
3. Use the forgotten password option several times.
4. Trying another browser that may let you in without phone verification (then change it when you have logged in).
5. Trying again another day when sometimes you can get in without doing the verification and then change the number.
6. Changing the password a few times sometimes works as it can bypass the phone verification.
7. Try clicking on P top of the forum page and see if you can log in via the forum.

If that does not work then you would need to contact customer services so that they can i.d. you another way and then add your new phone number to your account.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
