Can not proceed after login.

Hi !

 

I am from sri lanka and I use windows running computers to login to Paypal. But since 15th August I can login with my credentials, but since login can not proceed further.

It says <Internal Error> and <Try again> ?

 

Is it to do something with Microsoft monthly netframwork updates which was installed the same day ?

 

I use Edge in Windows 10 Pro and Opera in Windows 8.1Pro .
