I have an old account that got sent to collections and with that account I had a debit card. I went to go add money to the account ($500) thinking it would pay off what I owed but now I cannot get into the account with that card at all using the email and password for it. I go to get my email and password help and it doesn’t do anything. PayPal won’t help me at all.
