Can not close my account

I try to close my PayPal but can not because PayPal wants me to send them pictures of my bank accounts status

I send one already but the issue remains "unressolved"

I have no idea how much more data mining i have to endure before I am allowed to close my account.

Do i have to go the legal and court route or who do i have to contact to have my account closed?

They have my ID and all so it is not an question of ID or so.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
