Can paypal help me close an account that I can't get in to? My first PayPal account, has locked me out because I forgot my password, and now won't let me back in. So I created a new PayPal account with all of new info, but I can't upload my credit card unless my old account is closed, which I can't get in to. Can you please close it for me?
Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of the account to try reset password/restore access and then you may choose to close it.
