Can Not Access Account After Deleting Phone Number

Hi there. I am Adhitya Permana from Indonesia. When I want to send some money from my PayPal account to my bank account, I have to confirm using verification code sent to my phone number. The problem: 1. My phone number used to confirm was inactive / not registered anymore. I have updated my phone number in profile page, but still, when I want to send money to my bank account, the verification code is sent to my inactive number. How can I solve this problem? 2. After that I deleted the inactive phone number. I thought I would be able to send money then. However, after I deleted that inactive phone number I can not login to my account anymore. Please help. Sorry for my bad english, hope you understand. Thank you for your attentions and your help.
