Can I use a prepaid visa by using paypal on sites as such as selly?

I buy prepaid cards 25$ at a time, and there is this thing I would like to purchase.

I haven't got a cent in my paypal. But if I add a prepaid will I be able to use the prepaid on paypal for example, buying merchant stuff?
