Can I use PayPal?

I'm From Bangladesh. I mean my nationality is Bangladeshi. Now I'm working Saudi Arabia. Can I use PayPal for make any purchase. I have work permit.

If you have an address / cards / phone number that you can link to your Saudi paypal account then it should be ok.
